The Vineyard Scene Episode 6 - Featuring Mary Steenburgen & Isaac Taylor - Marguerite

Actor Mary Steenburgen has written a song as a gift for her friend Wendy Jenkinson, who recently had been diagnosed with brain cancer. We follow her to Mike Benjamin’s studio in Edgartown, as she meets up with Isaac Taylor to work out the vocals, and then follow both of them as they surprise Wendy with a moving rendition of the song.

Thank you for this…I knew Wendy since I was 8. A lovely tribute to her, and sadly refreshing to see her at this obviously moving event. Thank you, Mary and Isaac, Film Truth…Wendy was so beautiful. We all miss her.

This little film helps her live on.

What a moving, poignant video clip. I don’t know anyone in the film, but was very moved by the obvious love and joy overflowing….is Mary Steenburgen’s song sung by Isaac Taylor available anywhere?

Thank you DocuTumes ..you are reaching far beyond Martha’s Vineyard.

Mary and Isaac did record a version of the song and I’ll have to ask whether it’s possible to make that available as a download, because people are in love with the song.
